Yesterday, under the dramatic skies of Constanța, something magical unfolded. Joseph Rosko had planned it all down to the minute: a casual visit to the historic Casino, with us hiding nearby, ready to witness a moment straight out of a movie. As he and Andreea approached, he gave us a subtle sign—he knew we were watching. Then, as if nature itself conspired to add to the drama, raindrops began to fall.

Sensing the perfect storm of emotion and timing, Joseph led Andreea away from the entrance and onto the seaside promenade. The rain intensified, drops falling like music in slow motion. Then—just when it felt like time stood still—he turned as if to snap a selfie, but instead, dropped to one knee. In the soft rain, with the sea whispering behind them, he asked the question.

Overwhelmed, Andreea said yes.
